April 7, 2025- Home and away wins over Donovan Catholic last week have High School East baseball sitting at 2-0 on the young season.

On Wednesday, senior Dan Nafziger starred on the mound and at the plate, earning the win with six strong innings and eight Ks, and driving in three runs himself.

Carson Frazier plated two and Matthew Ferrera scored twice, helping the Raiders to a season-opening 7-3 win.

The turnaround was quick, though, as HSE visited Donovan the following day. If there was fatigue, it certainly didn't show.

Frazier continued his hot start with three hits and three runs. Senior Michael Vaccarino homered as Mason Pentz and James Whalen combined to toss a shutout.

Carson Frazier, a freshman, is batting .571 after two games.

With two important Shore A South wins under their belt, the Raiders look to continue their winning ways with another back-to-back home and away against Southern tomorrow and Wednesday.
